Enterprise go-to-market early addopter access.

I get emerging technology companies their first enterprise design partners.

I've consistently closed the largest contract in company history for my last 3 clients.

The problem

Most companies that stall upmarket don't have a product problem. They have a process and access problem.

Large enterprises buy in ways that make no sense from the outside: procurement gates, security review, legal redlines, committee consensus, budget cycles that do not match your quarter. Founders read this as stalling.

It is not stalling. It is the process working exactly as designed, but it can be navigated by teams who have run it from the inside.

I spent ten+ years inside a Fortune 150, then ten+ at five smaller companies. Getting small companies contracted with very large ones is the specific thing we do best.

How I work

US Beachhead

90 days

For companies headquartered outside the US with no US enterprise presence.

You get a qualified pipeline, a contract in negotiation, and the hiring spec for your first US seller.

Enterprise Motion Build

90–120 days

For companies selling well to mid-market and stalling upmarket.

You get a repeatable enterprise deal process your team can run without us, and two strategic accounts at late stage.

Account Rescue

60–90 days

For a strategic account at churn risk, or a renewal that has stopped moving.

You get the renewal secured, and where possible expanded.

Track record

Where I work

Retail and commerce operations. Supply chain and logistics execution. Health system operations. Especially companies selling software that governs, measures or digitizes something physical.

That is not a coincidence. Durable enterprise value is moving toward software that engages physical integration, operational data and regulated process underneath it — because that is where costs of change are real, and where per-seat pricing pressure is not the whole story.

About

I am Dennis Gatts. I participated in my first startup at 18 and have led enterprise and strategic account sales at Xerox, Workday, Insidesales.com and Nfinite — customers including Lowe's, Wayfair, Verizon, HCA Healthcare and the Cleveland Clinic — and built the US business for an Israeli security company from nothing.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, from North Carolina, with whatever travel the accounts require.
